Plogging Fun Run with Hylo (Thu, Apr 24 @ 6pm): Lace up your shoes and get ready to make a difference this Earth Day with Hylo Athletics! Join us plogging where we’ll run, walk and clean up our community! Hylo Athletics will have demo shoes for you to take out for your miles. There will be prizes, snacks and friends new and old. Blue Jean Mile (Sun, May 18 @ 5pm): Join Fleet Feet Montclair and ASICS for this family friendly event at Hurrell Field in Glen Ridge. Try running a mile in jeans while supporting mental health awareness. All people and paces are welcome Stay for the post-run hangout and tacos courtesy of ASICS. Click here to register.

The Big (Scavenger Hunt) Run (Wed, Jun 4 @ 6:15pm): Get ready to celebrate Global Running Day with the biggest run party of the year — a town-wide scavenger hunt adventure powered by Fleet Feet Montclair, Currex, Brooks, Nuun, Feetures, and Egan & Son's. Meet in the back patio of Egan's around 6:15 for a 6:30 start. Participants will have 1 hour to check as many items off the surprise scavenger hunt list while making your own route and logging some miles. We will reconvene at Egan's for a complimentary first round of beer, live DJ bringing the vibes plus prizes and giveaways. Weekly Group Runs:

Thursday Night Fun Run / Walk: Meet up at Fleet Feet at 6pm. Friendly social group for walkers or runners and a great way to meet new friends. Bring family, friends, co-workers or come alone. All paces are welcome and you can run or walk as little or as much mileage as you want. Most people start out on a 3 mile route down Midland Ave with a loop around Edgemont Park but you can turn around sooner if you want a shorter walk / run. Some people also extend the run up to 6 miles with a second loop on North Mountain, Watching and Midland Ave. Route maps are available here.

Sunday Morning Group Run: Meet up at Fleet Feet at 7am. All paces and distances welcome. Popular with people training for longer distance events especially during the summer and fall. Various distances and paces through the streets of Montclair to Edgemont Park, Anderson Park and Brookdale Park including popular routes of 3, 5, 7 and 8.5 miles. Route maps are available on the Running Routes page on the ERC web site. These meet-ups are not usually guided by Fleet Feet staff but there are Supported Long Runs on some Sunday mornings in the spring, summer and fall with aid stations at Fleet Feet and Anderson Park.
